Completed in September 2023, the project at 40 Accolade Avenue, Morisset involved the design, approval, detailing, fabrication, and construction of ten reinforced concrete tilt panel industrial units, with a total build size of 2,156sqm.

Delivered by Chappell Building Systems, the development showcases our capability in high-quality multi-unit industrial construction. This project also highlights our ability to build on challenging sites — with the rear of the building suspended 4 metres above the natural ground level. Each unit was engineered for strength, efficiency, and long-term functionality, providing versatile spaces tailored to meet the demands of modern industrial operations.
